Using this website
These terms describe use of the JunkHop website and its estimate request process. Please provide accurate information, submit only material you are authorized to share, and do not interfere with the website or attempt to access other people’s requests.
These website terms are not a demolition contract or a complete agreement for paid services. Any job-specific written agreement should identify the contracting business and the terms for that project.
Estimates and scheduling
Requesting an estimate is free and does not commit you to paid work. A website confirmation means your request was received, not that a job, price or time slot has been accepted.
Scope, access, location, material type, volume and site conditions may affect an estimate. Price and scheduling must be separately agreed before work begins. If the scope changes, any revised work and price should be agreed before proceeding.
Demolition and site assessment
Demolition requests require a review of the proposed scope and site conditions. A service description on this website does not confirm that every type of demolition can be accepted.
Before work is agreed, the parties must address ownership or authorization, access, utilities, structural concerns, applicable permits and any required licensed professionals. Do not disconnect utilities or disturb suspected hazardous material based on website content.
Items, access and disposal
Identify only items you own or are authorized to have removed. Tell us about access restrictions, stairs, parking limitations and known hazards when describing the job.
Acceptance of hazardous, regulated or unusually heavy materials must be confirmed separately. Donation and recycling depend on item condition and available facilities; a particular disposal or donation outcome is not guaranteed.
Changes, cancellation and payment
To change or withdraw an estimate request, contact us with its reference. A request alone does not create a cancellation charge.
For an agreed job, any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation terms or refund conditions must be disclosed in the job-specific agreement. This website does not accept online payments. These terms do not remove statutory cancellation or other consumer rights.
Website content and availability
Website descriptions are general information and may be updated. Illustrative brand concepts, including vehicle imagery, do not verify an operating fleet or equipment availability.
Do not use JunkHop branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized association or endorsement. The website may occasionally be unavailable; do not use the request form for emergencies.
Questions and applicable rights
Contact JunkHop if a website description or request needs clarification. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights, remedies or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates to these website terms will be posted with a revised date. An existing job-specific agreement is not automatically changed by a later website update.
Have a question?
Use our request form, select “Something else,” and describe your question. For an existing request, include its reference and the same email address. Please leave sensitive information out.
