Planning demolition?

Demolition is quoted by the project. The scope, dimensions, materials, access, debris handling, and site requirements all matter. Tell us what you want removed so we can assess the work before confirming a price.

What goes into a junk removal quote?

Load size is only part of the picture. Heavy materials, appliances that need special processing, stairs, long carrying distances, and disassembly can affect the job. We assess those details and identify any extra handling costs before you decide.

A request is not a booking. Your estimate request helps us understand the job. Final pricing, item acceptance, pickup timing, and any special conditions are confirmed with you before service.

What changes a junk removal or demolition quote

Load size and material weight

A bulky sofa and a small pile of dense renovation debris can need different handling. Describe both the amount and material type; a full-truck price is not a universal price for every job.

Access, carrying distance and preparation

Stairs, elevators, parking and disassembly can change the work involved. Include these details early so they can be considered before a price is agreed.

Demolition scope and debris handling

A demolition estimate needs an assessment of the work itself as well as debris removal. Confirm which preparation, hauling and cleanup tasks are included in the agreed quote.

Junk removal pricing questions

Is there a fixed full-truck price?

JunkHop has not published a universal full-truck rate on this website. Request a quote for the actual items and site conditions instead of assuming a load description fixes the price.

Is requesting an estimate a booking?

No. The request starts a conversation about scope, coverage and price. A pickup date and accepted work must be confirmed separately.

Have something else in mind?

Tell us about your project
Do you offer demolition?
Yes. Describe the structure or area you want demolished, its size, materials, and access in your estimate request. Demolition is assessed and priced separately from standard junk pickup; the accepted scope and site requirements are confirmed before scheduling.
How much does junk removal cost?
Your quote depends on the amount of space your items take up, their weight and type, and access to the pickup area. Describe your items in the estimate form. The final price and any special handling charges are confirmed before removal.
Do I need to move everything outside?
Tell us where your items are when you request an estimate. Indoor pickups can be assessed, including stairs and elevators. Keep a clear path and separate anything you want to keep.
Can I request a pickup for today?
You can select “As soon as possible” in your request. Availability depends on the route, job size, and location. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
What can’t you take?
We do not accept hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, fuel, medical waste, or pressurized containers. Certain appliances, electronics, tires, and heavy materials need advance confirmation.
Do you donate or recycle items?
We aim to consider reuse and recycling where suitable local options accept the items. Condition, material, and facility rules determine what can be diverted. Donation and recycling cannot be guaranteed for every item.
Do you handle larger cleanouts?
You can request an estimate for a garage, basement, estate, office, or property cleanout. Include the approximate volume and any access restrictions so the job can be assessed.
