Information you share
The estimate form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, service type, project description and preferred timing. When submitted, the request is saved with a reference, status and creation time.
Please do not submit payment card information, government identification, access codes or other sensitive information. A ZIP code is enough to begin; a full street address is not required.
How information is used
Submitted details help JunkHop review the project, confirm coverage, respond to questions and discuss an estimate. Contact permission on the form relates to your request; it does not sign you up for a marketing list.
Submitting an estimate does not confirm a price, appointment or agreement to perform work.
Hosting and service providers
The website uses hosting and database services to display pages, store requests and maintain security. Hosting providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs. The estimate form uses a session cookie for request security. The owner inbox uses a separate password-protected session.
Request details are not published on the website. If the business owner enables email notifications, contact and project details are also sent to the configured business inbox using the hosting email service. The website has no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics integration, and no feature that sells request data or shares it for targeted advertising. Information may need to be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Storage and retention
Submitted requests remain in private files on the hosting account for review. Automatic expiration of request records is not currently configured. You may ask for deletion using the contact process below; any necessary legal or recordkeeping requirements will need to be considered.
Access controls help protect the site and stored requests, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Unsubmitted form entries stay in the current page state and are not deliberately saved to browser storage by the estimate form.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or ask us to stop following up. Use the same email and request reference so the record can be located. Identity verification may be needed before information is released or changed.
Privacy rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to you and the business. This notice does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
Children and updates
This website is intended for people arranging property services, not children under 13. Do not submit personal information about children. If you believe such information was submitted, please request its removal.
